What is strength?

( It is those activities in which you good at)

Strength is the ability to do the thing much better than any other average person as per the quality of physical, or mental. You can also count on something in which you are good at in your strengths. It also helps to build up your confidence.

What is a weakness?

(It is those activities in which you are not good at)

Weakness is not having the ability to do a thing much better than any other average person as per the quality of physical or mental. Not having proper knowledge or way of doing any work will count as your weakness.

What is the difference between Strength and Weakness?

Type of strengths are:-

  2. PHYSICAL STRENGTH

A being good at any work in which your brain works, every activity in which the thinking process you are good at is called a mental strength.

Being good at any work in which your body works, every activity in which your body process and you are good at is known as physical strength.

  1. In which work, your endurance power work is your physical strength.
  2. Physical skills.
  3. A good sportsperson might not have great at thinking, but their body power is enough to make them win.

WEAKNESS

Type of weakness are:-

  1. MENTAL WEAKNESS
  2. PHYSICAL WEAKNESS
  • Mental weakness

A not being good at any work in which your brain works, every activity in which the thinking process you are not good at is called a mental weakness.

  1. Not having common sense is your mental weakness.
  2. Have not thoughtful skills or creativity.
  3. A person how is mentally weak can get confused and distracted easily.
  • Physical weakness

A not being good at any work in which your body works, every activity in which your body process. And you are not good at that activity is known as physical strength.

  1. Have not physical activity skills.
  2. Get tried easy and fast.
